We accept returns and exchanges on most items within 30 days of purchase. For heavy equipment and/or crated items, we must be contacted within 3 days of receipt of the item. Returns or exchanges must be in accordance with the policies and procedures listed below.
regularly stocked item can be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as it
has not been used and is in its original packaging. If an item is taken out of its
original packaging it is considered used.
A 20% restocking fee will apply to items being returned to Kitchen
Restocks' warehouse. An item that has
shipped direct from the manufacturer will be subject to their restocking fee
and return guidelines. Return shipping costs will be the customer’s
responsibility. Since these fees and
policies vary please contact our customer service department to obtain this
information for you.
*All items being returned must have prior authorization for the return to be accepted (RA#). Please contact our customer service department to request this authorization number at firstname.lastname@example.org or 844-786-8477.
*Any item returned without an RA# will be refused and returned to the shipper.
*Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of RA being issued.
*Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s) your credit card will be credited for the amount paid for the item(s) minus the following: restocking fee of 20% if returned to Kitchen Restock, restocking fee TBD if returned to manufacturer, original freight/shipping charges, return freight/shipping charges if applicable. If any other form of payment was used a refund check will be issued, minus the above charges within 30 days of receipt of the return.

*Cancellations - an order may be cancelled if it has not yet shipped. Some manufacturers may have a cancellation policy which includes a fee (this is mostly common in special order items). It will be the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of this fee in accordance with the policies and procedures of the manufacturers' cancellation policy.
*Product exchange requests must also be in accordance with the policies and procedures of this section. All items being returned for an exchange must have prior authorization to be accepted. Returns on standard colors must be in accordance with the policies and procedures of this section.
