The free shipping offered on our site applies to regular ground shipments within the 48 contiguous United States (free shipping cannot be offered to orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and Puerto Rico as we do not ship to these locations). Only items that are marked with the "free shipping" icon will have free shipping. If a combination of items are ordered that have free shipping and charge shipping - the free shipping will only be applied to the item(s) that show this icon. If additional delivery services such as an inside delivery or white glove delivery is requested, shipping will no longer be free. In addition, if the delivery driver cannot gain entry to your location due to the size of the equipment being delivered you will still be responsible for the shipping charges incurred for transit and the special delivery (inside or white glove).
Any item showing the QuickShip logo is available to ship same-day, as long as the order is placed by 2:00PM EST (Mon.-Fri.) and provided the item is in stock.
*Liftgate Delivery Service - A liftgate is a platform that is attached to the back of a freight truck. This allows the driver to remove your goods from the truck and lower it to ground level so that you can take it inside of your place of business or residence. If you do not have a loading dock or a fork lift at the delivery location and your goods weigh over 100 lbs a liftgate delivery will most likely be required. This option must be chosen at the time you are adding the merchandise to your cart and will cost $49.95. If this is not selected your order will be shipped without the liftgate and you will be required to remove the item(s) from the truck on your own. If you cannot remove the item(s) from the truck a redeliver may have to occur since not all freight trucks have liftgates on the back of them. If a redeliver occurs you will be charged a $65.00 redelivery fee plus the cost of the liftgate which is $49.95. If a redeliver does not occur because the freight truck already has a liftgate then you will only be charged for this service in the amount of $49.95.
*Residential locations and limited access - when freight trucks enter into locations that are zoned residential additional fees immediately apply. Freight carriers term this as limited access due to the fact that most of the time the nature of these deliveries will be more difficult to access and actually deliver the freight. When delivering to a residence or a limited access location (see listing below for these types of locations) a fee of $49.95 will be charged in order to proceed with processing and shipping your order. One of our customer success representatives will reach out to you via email to inform you of this charge if applicable.

*All ground shipments are sent via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
*An item is shipped via freight when it exceeds the UPS, FedEx, or USPS standard weight limits.
*We do offer an in-store pick up option for those of you located within reasonable driving distance of our warehouse. In-store pick up orders must be placed over the phone at 844-786-8477. Please see the In-Store Pick Up heading in our FAQ section for more details.
*Most items on our site will ship within 1 to 3 business days. In some instances orders may ship the same day if placed before 2:00PM EST, Monday through Friday. Any item showing the QuickShip logo is available to ship same-day, as long as the order is placed by 2:00PM EST, Monday through Friday, and provided the item is in stock.
*If the item(s) you have purchased will have a longer shipping time then notated on our website a customer service representative will contact you with more information.
*Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
*We cannot guarantee when a shipment will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time given to you by Kitchenrestock or other parties only an estimate.
*We encourage our customers to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping transit times or product availability.
Unfortunately damage can occur during transit, if any item(s) is damaged upon delivery you must do the following:
*Make the driver wait while you inspect the entire shipment.
*Refuse delivery of the shipment and notate the damage on the delivery receipt. If you accept delivery of the shipment notate all damages on the delivery receipt before signing for the shipment.
*Take photos of the damages and email to email@example.com.
*Contact us within 24 hours to report damages at firstname.lastname@example.org or 844-786-8477.
If your item(s) has been damaged in transit and you do not follow the procedures above we cannot guarantee compensation for the damaged item(s).
