All warranty claims are handled by the manufacturer of the item. If a warranty is available the details can normally be found on that products spec sheet which is available on our website. Most commercial manufacturers will void their warranty if their equipment is installed into a residence versus a commercial location. Please note: All warranties must be handled directly through the manufacturer after 30 days from the date of purchase.

Returns or exchanges of defective items will be handled based on the manufacturer's warranty and return policy. Most manufacturers will cover defects however if the issue is related to installation in any way the customer will be responsible for payment of the service call and repair of the item.
