The Berkel X13-PLUS Premium Food Slicer - manual operation only - is engineered for precision and efficiency, featuring a 13" diameter stainless steel knife ideal for a range of food slicing needs. Its 45-degree gravity feed and adjustable slice thickness up to 1-5/16" cater to various slicing preferences, making it suitable for delis, butcher shops, and gourmet kitchens. The slicer's ergonomic controls and thoughtfully positioned index knob enhance user comfort and control, while the removable sharpener ensures consistently sharp slices. Safety is prioritized with a permanent knife ring guard and sealed pushbutton controls. Constructed with an anodized aluminum gauge plate and knife cover, along with a one-piece polymer base and product table, this slicer is NSF approved for its ease of cleaning and reduced seams. It includes a convenient kickstand and accommodates products up to 8½" round, 7½" square, or 10½" x 6¾" rectangular.
