Its self-contained side mounted refrigeration employs R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, powered by a robust 1/3 HP motor, operating at 115v/60/1-ph and 2.5 amps, ensuring optimal cooling and energy efficiency. The stainless steel top accommodates (4) 1/3 size pans beneath a 1/2" thick insulated top lid, enhancing ingredient organization. A solid hinged self-closing door leads to the stainless steel interior, equipped with (2) epoxy coated wire shelves, supported by height adjustable clips for versatile storage configurations. The 19-1/4" removable cutting board offers ample space for food preparation, while digital controls with an LED display and auto defrost maintain precise temperature management. Constructed with stainless steel front, top, and sides, and a galvanized steel bottom and rear, this table is built for durability.
