The TurboChef ECO EL BANDIDO (BLACK) ECO-9500-905 (Fire Black) ECO™ El Bandido Convection/Microwave Oven is a high-performance, rapid cook appliance designed for efficiency and versatility in professional kitchens. Measuring 18-3/8 inches wide, this electric, ventless countertop oven integrates a unique external panini press mechanism with aluminum anodized upper and lower griddle press plates. The fully insulated cook chamber enhances cooking efficiency, and the oven's capacity to store up to 256 recipes offers considerable flexibility for culinary operations. Featuring an internal catalytic converter and smart voltage sensor technology (exclusive to the US), it ensures energy efficiency and compliance with local standards. The oven is equipped with One Touch Controls for simplified operation, alongside a removable rack and grease collection pan for easy maintenance. Its bottom jet plate and pull-down door with an ergonomic handle add to its functional design. The TurboChef Cleaner and Guard Starter Kit included with the oven comprises a cleaner packet, a 24oz bottle, a Guard bottle, and two foamer triggers, promoting optimal hygiene. Additional components such as an aluminum paddle and two solid PTFE baskets are included.
